These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between jillibb ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jillibb platform at jillibb.co ("Platform"). To be eligible to register and use jillibb's services, you must:

jillibb reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jillibb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different mobile numbers, identity documents, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued identification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

jillibb implements KYC verification for all accounts before withdrawal privileges are granted. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority National ID (PhilSys), SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, and PhilHealth ID.

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in jillibb's fee schedule, and may be deactivated after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity. Players will be notified in advance of any dormancy fees being applied.

jillibb accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. jillibb accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your jillibb account;
• Using jillibb's Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse software vulnerabilities or errors in jillibb's systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillibb staff, other Players, or live dealer personnel via any communication channel;

• Using payment methods not registered in your own verified name.

All content on the jillibb Platform, including but not limited to the jillibb brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of jillibb or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of jillibb.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jillibb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use jillibb's Platform, even if jillibb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jillibb's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player into their jillibb account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim. jillibb does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform and provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

jillibb accepts no liability for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruption, acts of God, government intervention, or third-party payment processor delays.

jillibb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. jillibb provides the following tools to all registered Players:

Accounts suspended as a result of a breach investigation will have funds held pending the outcome of that investigation. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited as permitted by law and PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jillibb's Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

Non-material clarifications or corrections to these Terms may take effect immediately upon publication to jillibb.co. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Republic Act No. 9287 (Anti-Illegal Numbers Games Law), Presidential Decree No. 1869 as amended (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act).

jillibb operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory compliance matters are subject to PAGCOR's oversight and the applicable provisions of Philippine gaming regulations.
